Her Story

World-Class Training, Brought Home to Waxhaw & Charlotte

In the European academic tradition, ballet is taught step by step, with patience and precision. Children learn why a movement works before they learn to perform it — so they grow strong, graceful and safe.

Anastasiya trained and performed within that tradition, from the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture to the stage of the Virsky Ensemble. Today she shares it with families across Waxhaw and south Charlotte, in classes small enough for every child to be truly seen.

Her classes pair clear structure with genuine warmth. Discipline is never harsh; it is the calm, encouraging rhythm of a class where children feel safe to try, make mistakes and shine.

“Every child deserves to be taught properly and lovingly. Discipline and joy are not opposites — together they help a child stand taller in every part of life.”
— Anastasiya, Founder & Artistic Director

In the Studio

How She Teaches

The same three commitments guide every class, from a three-year-old's first lesson to a junior ensemble rehearsal.
  • Proper Anatomical Technique

Turnout, stretching and jumps are introduced only when a child's body is ready. No forced flexibility — ever.

  • European Classical Discipline

A structured, time-tested syllabus builds real skill, focus and good habits from the very first class.

  • Warmth in Every Class

Encouragement, patience and humor. Children leave class proud of themselves and excited to come back.
